We offer a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee on all new VPS and GameServer hosting plans, allowing you to try our services risk-free. If our performance or support doesn't meet your expectations within the first 72 hours of your service activation, you are eligible for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to a customer's first order and does not cover renewals or subsequent orders.
To request a refund under our 3-day guarantee, you must contact our support team within the 72-hour eligibility window. Please open a support ticket or send an email to [email protected] with your account details and a brief reason for the cancellation. Our team will review your request promptly.
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, the following conditions apply to all refund requests.
As stated in our Terms of Service, any violation of our policies will immediately render your service ineligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as CPU mining, running prohibited scripts (e.g., mail bombers, DDoS scripts), sending spam, or any form of system abuse detailed in section 13 of our ToS.
The following services and fees are explicitly non-refundable:
- Renewals of any existing service.
- Dedicated Server plans and their associated setup fees.
- Cryptocurrency transaction fees (e.g., 'gas' fees), as these are paid to the network and are not recoverable by us.
As per section 14.1 of our Terms of Service, if you have an active automatic payment (e.g., a PayPal subscription) for a service you have already cancelled, you must contact us within two (2) days of the erroneous payment to claim a refund. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
Once a refund request is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For payments made in cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued to a wallet address you provide, calculated at the cryptocurrency's current market value at the time of refund processing, not the original transaction value.
VpsLab reserves the right to grant or deny any refund request in cases not explicitly covered by this policy, or if we find evidence of fraud, abuse of our money-back guarantee, or other malicious intent. All decisions made by our billing department are considered final.
