At VpsLab, your privacy is a fundamental part of our service. This policy is not just a legal document, but a declaration of our commitment to you. Our guiding principle is data minimization: we only collect what is absolutely essential to provide our services. We do not, and will not, sell your data.
We have engineered our systems to function with the absolute minimum amount of personal information.
To create and maintain your account, we require only a username and an email address. The email is used for essential communication like password resets, security alerts, and critical service notifications. We do not require your real name, physical address, or phone number.
For maximum privacy, we accept payments in cryptocurrency. When you pay with crypto, the transaction is recorded on its respective public blockchain. We only associate the transaction ID (TxID) with your order to confirm payment and do not store any information that links your wallet to your personal identity. Alternatively, you can use traditional payment methods via trusted third-party processors like Stripe and PayPal. In these cases, you provide payment details directly to them. We never see or store your full credit card number on our servers; we only receive a transaction confirmation and a reference token.
We believe it's just as important to tell you what we don't collect. We have actively chosen not to collect:
- Your personal IP address for logging purposes.
- Your browser type, operating system, or device fingerprints.
- Personal usage analytics or tracking data that follows you across the web.
- Any data for advertising purposes. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
The minimal information we do collect (your username and email) is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain your service.
- To manage your account and process your payments via our processors.
- To send critical service-related announcements. We will not send you marketing emails.
- To respond to your direct support inquiries sent to [email protected].
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes. The only exceptions are:
- Our payment processors to facilitate your payments.
- If required by law through a valid and legally binding request. We will scrutinize all such requests and only comply if legally obligated.
In line with our data minimization principle, we only retain your username and email address for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal information is permanently and irretrievably removed from our production systems.
You have complete control over the information you provide. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account panel or by contacting us at [email protected]. You are the owner of your data.
If we ever make substantive changes to this policy, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account and update the 'Last Updated' date. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of privacy and will not weaken these protections.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our strong commitment to your privacy, please don't hesitate to reach out. We believe in full transparency.
Our systems are built from the ground up to respect your privacy. We only collect what we need, and you always remain in control of your data.
